Thistle Manage Office Refurbishment for Contract Scotland
Refurbishing existing office space can be a daunting thought es pecially when you need to continue trading, however with expert project managent skills and a complete commitment to customer service, Thistle Corporate Interiors has enabled recruitment specialists, Contract Scotland, to double their existing offices in Stirling within 6 weeks with minimal disruption to the business.
The project saw Contract Scotland expand its office space from 3000sq ft to 7000 sq ft with a complete refit of Contract Scotland's existing offices and the adjacent offices which were facilitating the expansion.
In the highly competitive industry recruitment industry retaining quality employees is a key consideration and Contract Scotland were keen to create a modern, professional office environment that met the company's needs but also motivated its employees.
The new offices now feature 3 interview rooms to facilitate candidate assessments, a superb board room, modern reception area, fully equipped fitness room with plasma TV, Sky TV and shower facilities. There is also an extensive kitchen area, full air conditioning services and a dedicated IT room.
To minimise disruption to the business, Thistle's installation team, completed all works to the new office area and moved the entire team across to temporary work stations before carrying out the refurbishment of the company's existing offices. The final action was the removal of the partitioning between the two areas and the creation of the reception area.
